§ 739. Penalty.

Unless otherwise provided for in this chapter, every person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than Five Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), excluding costs, fees and assessments.
