§ 2000. Beneficial interest in the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Trust accepted.

The Vietnam Veterans Memorial Trust, created by Trust Indenture dated the 5th day of April, 1988, an executed copy of which Trust Indenture is hereto attached, marked "Exhibit A" and made a part hereof, wherein Mr. Richard Crawford, Mr. Houston Adams, Mr. John Fischer, Mr. Stafford G. Davis, Mr. Amadeo Richardson, Mr. Paul Rauscher, Mr. L.A. "Quantrill" Page, Mr. Frank Friedl, Mr. John Tew and Mr. Ralph Henderson are designated trustees, and the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, is designated as the sole beneficiary of said Vietnam Veterans Memorial Trust, is hereby approved, and the City of Tulsa hereby accepts the beneficial interest therein, and all of the terms and provisions of said Trust Indenture as authorized by the applicable statutes of the state of Oklahoma, and the City of Tulsa hereby agrees to be and become the sole beneficiary of said trust.
