§ 307. Approval and authorization of an Escrow Trust Agreement.

The City of Tulsa hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Auditor to execute and deliver an escrow trust agreement of the purpose of paying or providing for the payment of the City's general obligation water bond contribution (as that term is defined in the bond indenture, as supplemented) on or before the date when each such payment shall become due.
