§ 310. Accepting beneficial interest in Tulsa Metropolitan Utility Authority Trust.

The Board of Commissioners of the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma hereby accepts, for and on behalf of the City, the beneficial interest in the public trust designated as the Tulsa Metropolitan Utility Authority, provided for in the Declaration of Trust of said public trust, dated April 5, 1957, as amended by the Amendment to Trust Indenture, dated December 14, 1983, and the Second Amendment to Declaration of Trust, dated August 23, 1989, in all respects in accordance with said Declaration of Trust, as amended.
