§ 312. Authorization to lease the City's wastewater system.

The City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, acting by and through the Board of Commissioners of the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, the governing body of such City, hereby authorizes, consents and agrees to the leasing of the City's proprietary, revenue producing sanitary sewer and wastewater treatment, collection, transportation, processing and disposal system and facilities, together with any and all additions, enlargements, extensions and improvements thereto acquired by the City during the term of the lease agreement to the Trustees of the Tulsa Metropolitan Utility Authority, all pursuant to the lease agreement which is hereby approved and accepted.
