§ 315. Mayor and City Council reaccept beneficial interest in Tulsa Metropolitan Utility Authority public trust, as Amended.

Latest version.

That the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Tulsa hereby reaccept, for and on behalf of the City, the beneficial interest in the public trust designated as the Tulsa Metropolitan Utility Authority, provided for in the Declaration of Trust of said public trust, dated April 5, 1957, as amended by the Amendment to Trust Indenture, dated December 14, 1983; and as amended by the Second Amendment to Declaration of Trust, dated August 23, 1989, and as further amended by the Third Amendment to Declaration of Trust, dated June 12, 1996, in all respects in accordance with said Declaration of Trust, as amended.
