§ 416. City's consent to assignment of Lease.

The consent of the City of Tulsa is hereby given to the assignment of said lease, as amended by said Amendment to Lease and said Second Amendment to Lease, as such assignment is contained in the bond indenture referred to in Ordinance No. 8461.
