§ 1000. Tulsa Youth Council created.

A commission on the concerns of Tulsa youth (the "Tulsa Youth Council") is hereby created for the purposes of:

A.

Establishing a youth council to foster youth participation in public service; and

B.

Providing an identity and voice for Tulsa's diverse youth to positively influence the municipal government and local community.
