§ 1100. Audit Committee created.

An Audit Committee is hereby created for the purposes of:

A.

Providing advice on financial, accounting, and auditing matters to the Mayor, the City Auditor and the City Council.

B.

Providing review of, and recommendations concerning, City audit activities.

C.

Monitoring corrective action taken on audit recommendations.
