 Chapter 11. AUDIT COMMITTEE

  § 1103. Offices, meetings.

  • A.

    The members of the Audit Committee shall elect a chairperson by majority vote.

    B.

    The Audit Committee shall maintain and file with the City Clerk a record of its rules, resolutions, transactions, determinations, and minutes of meetings.

    C.

    The Audit Committee shall be subject to the provisions of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, Title 25, Oklahoma Statutes Sections 301 through 314.

    D.

    The facilities of the municipal government shall be made available to the Audit Committee; and City officers, personnel and agencies shall cooperate with the Audit Committee in accomplishing the objectives and purposes set forth herein to the fullest extent allowed by City ordinance and state and federal law.
