§ 306. Offices, meetings.

The Arts Commission shall create and fill such offices as it may determine are necessary for the performance of its functions. It shall hold at least one (1) regular meeting in each month. It shall adopt rules for the transaction of business and shall keep a record of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations.
