§ 704. Cooperation with citizens and agencies.

The Commission shall at all times seek to promote close cooperation between the City of Tulsa and all private citizens, institutions and agencies interested in or conducting programs which aid women, to the end that all such activities within Tulsa may be coordinated to secure the greatest public welfare.
