§ 301. Treasurer's bond.

The City Treasurer shall be required to execute and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient bond in a sum not less than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) to be fixed by resolution of the Council; and the Council may from time to time, when deemed necessary, require him to give a new bond or additional bond, or may increase or decrease the amount of the bond.
