§ 305. Disbursement of funds.

Monies may be drawn from the municipal treasury only upon a proper warrant or check as provided by law, the Charter or Revised Ordinances of the City of Tulsa; provided, however, that the Director of Finance may also authorize payments from the municipal treasury by wire transfer, direct payroll deposit or other instrument or method of disbursement through the Federal Reserve System.
