§ 412. Cooperative purchasing.

Notwithstanding the foregoing limitations, a competitive process shall not be required and the Agent shall have the authority, instead, to make purchases from a cooperative purchasing plan or under contracts let by the state of Oklahoma, where such cooperative purchasing plans or state of Oklahoma contracts were obtained through prior competition, when the best interests of the City would be served.
