§ 413. Performance-based efficiency contracts.

A.

Criteria. The performance-based energy efficiency contract procedure may be utilized when the best interest of the City will be served, and the City's objectives will be met.

B.

Procedure. All performance-based efficiency contracts pertaining to supplies, materials, equipment or services shall be governed by Title 62 Section 318 of the Oklahoma Statutes, as may be amended from time to time, including limitations, if any, on the expenditures for such supplies, materials, equipment or services.
