§ 602. Receipt of revenues.

It shall be the duty of the Director to give receipts for all moneys collected by him on behalf of the City, copies of which shall be retained in the Finance Department for the time required by law. The receipt shall show the date of issue, to whom issued, the amount collected, the nature of the collection and the fund and account to be credited.
