§ 1104. Expiration and renewal.

A.

A permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall expire on the permit end date or one (1) year from its date of issuance, whichever is sooner, and shall be renewed upon payment to the City of the fee established in Title 11 TRO, Chapter 12.

B.

Any permit may be revoked for failure to comply with the requirements set out in 11 TRO, Chapter 12.
