No person shall engage in any work or erect any structure, tanks, machinery, pipelines,
or other appurtenances incident to the drilling for or production of petroleum or
natural gas, or operate, maintain, or permit any equipment, structures, or appurtenances
incident to such production to exist, or use or maintain any property or premises
in violation of any of the provisions of this title.
