§ 619. Open hole formation or drill stem testing.

A.

Unless otherwise authorized by the Inspector, all open hole formation or drill stem testing shall be done during daylight hours, with adequate advance notification thereof to the Inspector to enable him to be present during such testing.

B.

All open hole formation testing shall be done into steel tanks or flared properly in the case of gas.
