Upon request of the Inspector, service companies or other persons shall furnish and
file reports and records showing perforating, hydraulic fracturing, cementing, shooting,
chemical treatment, and all other service operations on any well site covered by this
title. Such furnished material shall remain confidential unless necessary as evidence
in the prosecution of any violation of the provisions of this title. Failure to provide
any such requested material shall constitute a violation of this title.
