§ 1502. Renewal and reinstatement fee; resubmission, amendment, addi- tion fee.

A.

An annual renewal of a current Sidewalk Café permit or Table And Chair permit, or a reinstatement of a lapsed Sidewalk Café permit or Table And Chair permit, shall be provided for a non-refundable fee of Fifty-Five Dollars and No Cents ($55.00).

B.

A resubmission, amendment, or addendum to an application of approved permit shall be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of Fifty-Five Dollars and No Cents ($55.00).
