§ 109. Reinspection fee.

Latest version.

For any permit where a re-inspection is required due to faulty work, or work not completed or ready for inspection when the code official is notified to make such inspection, each re-inspection shall be assessed an additional fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) unless otherwise provided for in this title. All re-inspection fees shall be paid prior to the re-inspection being made.
