Chapter 1. GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE FEES |
§ 119. Accounts for payment of fees.
Every person or entity with the exception of individuals taking out tent permits, promotional sign permits, homeowner plumbing permits, or other permits minor in nature as determined by the Director of Planning and Development or the Director's designated representative shall be issued an account number at the time of an initial application. This account number shall be used on all subsequent applications by such person or entity. Any person or entity shall use this account to deposit with the City a sum of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) and maintain a minimum balance of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) to cover any anticipated costs for permits and inspections. Such deposit shall authorize the City to use the funds therein for the payment of any and all permit, inspection, or penalty fees. Such funds shall be held in trust on behalf of the person or entity in a non-interest bearing account.
