§ 319. Moving of buildings and structures application fee.

Latest version.

The application fee for moving any building or structure from one lot to another over public right-of-way shall be Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00). Such fee shall be non-refundable and shall be counted as part of the total permit fee upon issuance of the permit.
