§ 321. Moving an oversized building permit fee.

In addition to all other permit fees, a fee of Three Hundred Thirty Dollars ($330.00) shall be assessed for the moving of any oversized building or structure over any public right-of-way, as defined in Title 51, Chapter 4, Section 1303.12.1, Tulsa Revised Ordinances.
