§ 323. Fee for moving buildings or structures from outside the city limits.

Pursuant to Title 51, Chapter 4, Tulsa Revised Ordinances, Section 1303.14, a license applicant for a permit to move a building or structure from a location outside the corporate limits into the City of Tulsa shall be assessed an inspection fee equal to Seventy Dollars ($70.00), plus Fifty-Five Cents ($0.55) per mile for the round trip to and from the structure and 175 East 2nd Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma for the sole purpose of measuring the structure.
