§ 502. Registration fees.

A.

The following fees shall be assessed for the certificates of registration listed and their renewals:

Boiler Repair Contractor ..... $150.00

Mechanical Contractor ..... 150.00

Stationary Engineer ..... 50.00

Process Steam Boiler ..... 30.00

This fee shall be waived if contractor is registered with the City of Tulsa as a Mechanical Contractor.

All Mechanical Contractor certificates of registration shall expire on the last day of the contractor's birth month.

Failure to renew within thirty (30) days of expiration shall subject the licensee to a penalty of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per month until renewed. Pursuant to Title 59 Section 200 G, when any operator's license has been expired for one (1) year or more, the license holder shall retest in accordance with Title 59 Section 200E.

B.

Renewal applications may be made in person or by mail to the Permit Center. A photocopy of the current state license, when applicable, shall accompany the application form and the check or money order for the required fee.
