§ 603. Temporary, nonresidential use of manufactured home permit fee.

Pursuant to Title 51, Tulsa Revised Ordinances, Subsection 302.A, any person who desires to use a manufactured home on a temporary basis for a field or local branch office, demonstration, or for a charitable and nonprofit purpose shall apply for such permit by filing an application with the code official, accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee of One Hundred Fifteen Dollars ($115.00), payable to the City of Tulsa. Applications for an extension of such temporary use shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee of Fifty-Five Dollars ($55.00).

Exception: Temporary construction trailers used solely in conjunction with permitted, ongoing construction shall be exempt from compliance with this section.
