§ 701. Registration of third party provider.

Latest version.

Any person or entity interested in registering as a Third Party Provider for Third Party Plan Review and Inspections must make application as stipulated in the Manual for Third Party Plan Review and Inspections and must pay a non-refundable registration fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
