§ 902. Contracts.

A.

Engineer's annual contract. Engineers desiring to prepare plans for an infrastructure development project in the City of Tulsa shall enter into an annual Engineer's Contract with the City and pay a contract fee of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per year.

B.

Contractor's annual contract. Contractor's desiring to construct infrastructure development projects within the City of Tulsa shall enter into an annual Contractor's Contract with the City and pay a contract fee of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per year.
