§ 7.3. Additional procedures.

The Council may establish by ordinance additional procedures for the preparation, adoption, and amendment of budgets, for the transfer of appropriations, and for supplemental and emergency appropriations which are not in conflict with the provisions of this amended Charter or with the laws of Oklahoma.
