§ 2. City clerk.

  • There is hereby created the office of the City Clerk. The City Clerk shall:

    A.

    Attest and affix the seal of the city to all documents as required;

    B.

    Maintain a record of all ordinances and resolutions adopted by the Council;

    C.

    Have custody of the seal of the city and of documents, records, and archives as provided by law, ordinance, or order of the Mayor; and

    D.

    Perform such other duties as assigned by the Mayor or as prescribed by this amended Charter, by ordinance, or by the laws of Oklahoma.
