§ 3. City treasurer.

There is hereby created the office of City Treasurer. The City Treasurer shall:
A.

Deposit and maintain the funds of the city in depositories approved by the Council;

B.

Invest the funds of the city; and

C.

Perform such other duties as assigned by the Mayor or as prescribed by this amended Charter, by ordinance, or by the laws of Oklahoma.
