§ 2.2. Qualifications.

Each appointed member of the Tulsa Utility Board shall be a qualified elector of the city. Not more than three (3) of the appointed members of the Tulsa Utility Board shall be members of or affiliated with the same political party. Appointed members of the Tulsa Utility Board shall not hold or be candidates for an elective public office.
