§ 5.3. Voting.

A Mayor, Councilor, City Auditor, officer, or employee of the city, or chief or sworn member of the Fire Department who threatens, intimidates, or coerces, or attempts to threaten, intimidate, or coerce, a sworn member of the Fire Department in the exercise of a vote shall be guilty of willful maladministration and be subject to removal from office or position as provided by this Article or by the laws of Oklahoma.
