§ 102. Duties of Mayor or designee.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Charter and Revised Ordinances of the City of Tulsa, the Mayor or designee shall exercise all lawful powers necessary and appropriate for the management of all Solid Waste within the jurisdiction and control of the City.

The unauthorized or unlawful collection, transportation and disposal of Solid Wastes within the City of Tulsa are hereby declared to be a nuisance and a violation of this title.
