§ 602. License expirations.

Every waste collector's license shall be issued for a period not to exceed one (1) year and shall expire at midnight each year on the 31st day of March. All completed applications with payment must be received prior to the first day of March of each calendar year. Each license may be renewable upon application and the payment of the required fees. The City shall act on applications for renewal or the initial issuance of a license within twenty (20) calendar days of the date of application. There is no pro-ration for partial year licensing.
