§ 803. Application for permit.

Any person desiring to construct a building or structure upon, over or in a storm sewer easement, inuring to the benefit of the City and located within the City limits of the City of Tulsa, may make application to the Director. All applications shall be accompanied by the fee required herein for processing and handling and shall include such information, data, surveys, engineering drawings, sketches, plans, as required by the Director, including, but not limited to the following:

A.

A plat plan or other representative sketch or drawing, showing lineal measurements and directions of the compass, which depicts the area proposed for use; and

B.

The legal description of the area proposed for use.
