§ 623. Williams Center Plant, Inc., Grant.

Ordinances No. 13624 and 14955 granting Williams Center Plant, Inc., the right to construct, erect, install, repair, remove, relocate, replace, operate and maintain a system of pipes, conduits, apparatus and appurtenances for the transportation of chilled water, steam and steam condensate, under a certain designated section of South Boulder and West Second Street in the City of Tulsa, more particularly located by the legal description and plat approved by the Tulsa Director of Public Works filed in the Office of the City Clerk, are continued in force according to their terms.
