§ 1505. Investigation.

A.

Upon receipt of an application for license for the operation of a youth recreational facility or an application for a youth recreational facility operator permit, the Director shall forward the same to the Chief of Police who shall promptly cause an investigation to be made of the applicant and all persons named in the application.

B.

No license for a youth recreational facility shall be issued until it shall be found by inspection that the facility complies with and conforms to all sections of this and other ordinances and health and fire regulations of the City, that it is properly ventilated and supplied with sufficient toilet conveniences, that it is adequately lighted, and is a safe and proper place for the purpose intended.
