§ 1506. Issuance of license or permit.

A.

The Director shall authorize the issuance of a youth recreational facility license or a youth recreational facility operator permit when he finds after investigation:

1.

That the persons named on the application are adults and have not been convicted of:

a.

Any felony, unless such person has received a full pardon; or

b.

Any misdemeanor concerning prostitution, gambling, larceny, embezzlement, drugs, marijuana, assault and battery, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, causing a juvenile to come within the purview of the juvenile court or any crime concerning this chapter, unless five (5) years have passed since such last conviction;

2.

That the manner in which the applicant proposed to operate the youth recreational facility does not violate any provisions of the statutes and regulations of the state of Oklahoma nor the ordinances of the City of Tulsa; and

3.

That no person named on the application holds a federal gambling tax stamp.

B.

A misstatement of material fact in any application shall be grounds for denial of issuance of license or permit or revocation of any license or permit issued hereunder.
