§ 112. Rules and regulations.

Subject to approval by the Council, the Mayor shall adopt rules and regulations to implement and enforce the provisions of this title. Such rules and regulations shall be filed in the Office of the City Clerk and shall be enforced to the same extent as if set out in this title.
