§ 2202. Permit required.

It shall constitute a nuisance and be unlawful for any non-profit political, educational, religious or fraternal organization to operate or sponsor a dance or event on the premises of an entertainment club between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. without first obtaining a permit as required by this chapter.
