§ 2204. Investigation.

A.

Upon receipt of an application for a permit, the Director shall forward the completed application to the Chief of Police who shall promptly cause an investigation and review of the application made by the applicant.

B.

No permit shall be issued until it shall be found by the Chief of Police that the dance or event, as proposed, will be operated or sponsored by the non-profit organization making the application in a manner in conformance with all sections of this chapter, the Tulsa Revised Ordinances, state and federal law and, in particular, all health, safety and fire regulations of the City.
