§ 2208. Display of permit.

A.

The holder of the permit issued hereunder shall place and exhibit the same at all times during the dance or event in some conspicuous place upon the premises of the entertainment club.

B.

At least one (1) officer or agent of the non-profit organization sponsoring or operating the dance or event shall have a copy of the permit on his or her person on the premises of the entertainment club during the dance or event. The officer or agent shall present a copy of the permit upon demand by any law enforcement officer.
