§ 204. Application of other ordinances.

Latest version.

All other ordinances of the City of Tulsa now in existence or hereinafter enacted shall be applicable to and be in force and effect within and upon the Mall and Plaza, and nothing herein shall be construed as a waiver or exception of any requirement of any such ordinance or as a waiver or exception to the applicability of regulations promulgated pursuant to such ordinances; however, in the event of a conflict, the provisions of this chapter shall control.
