§ 205. Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), excluding costs, and/or by imprisonment in the City jail for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days.
