§ 301. Limitation of activities.

The Director may designate particular locations within detention areas and recreational facilities for specific activities and may limit such activities by issuance of permits. The Director may establish operating hours during which facilities shall be open to the public by the enactment of specific rules and regulations, provided that such hours shall be posted at the entrances of the affected facility.
