§ 302. Rules and regulations.

Subject to the approval of the Council, the Director shall adopt such rules, regulations and policies as he deems best for the safety and convenience of the public and for the operation of the facilities. When such rules and regulations have been adopted and approved, they shall be filed in the Office of the City Clerk. Any person found guilty of violating such rules and regulations shall be subject to the penalties set forth in this chapter.
